Return Window:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of dropshipping, items such as personal care products, custom items, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Once your return is inspected and approved, weβll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.

If you received free shipping, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and weβll send you a replacement at no extra charge.
